Connect with yourself, with others & with your life

Scott Schwenk dedicates his contribution to the flow!summit to the topic of connection. Because even if we don’t experience the sessions at the same time or in the same place, they still connect us. What contributes greatly to this is our breathing. It is particularly important to practice to be able to better access the energy from time and space. Because the connection to the cosmos is no longer natural for our physical body. So get involved in this session, breathe and let Scott guide you to feel the deep connection and flow of energy again.

In this video you will find out…
  • what importance breathing has for our energy
  • the extent to which practice reminds our physical body of its connection to the cosmos
  • how the six-pointed star can help you feel connected
  • which three exercises can help you to strengthen the connection
  • why connection doesn’t have to be forced, but can come from the flow
